We had 5 bay windows that were deteriorating because of faulty caulking. Marvin came and assessed the situation and informed us that we could save a lot of money by having him strip out the old caulking and replace it with high quality 3M caulking versus buying new windows (as we had been advised by several companies). A few weeks later Marvin and his associate arrived at our door and expertly removed the old caulking and replaced it with new caulking thereby saving us a lot of money. The job site was cleaned up nicely. Marvin did everything he said he would do and we were pleased with the outcome.
