I reached out to Dave to get an independent roof inspection after another company had told me I needed to replace my roof. He responded to my request and we had several email conversations first so that I could get clear on what was involved, the cost and why I would hire him in the first place.
Dave showed up on time and inspected my roof and attic. He took pictures and provided me with a comprehensive report. He made suggestions and provided an estimate of the remaining life for the roof. He told me I did not need to replace the roof yet. I was able to take his report and find a roofer to make the repairs.
