Steve rebuilt the top of my neighbour's chimney a year or so ago. She was very pleased with his work and so we called Steve to look at our chimney. He answered our call promptly and was flexible in meeting with us on a very busy weekend. He assessed our chimney and we were pleased to hear it was in good shape and not needing repair. We have had another masonry company replace our brickwork sill under our front window that cracks with moisture and thaw over a period of years. The former company were not willing to replace the bricks with a limestone sill and hence, the brickwork needed redoing in short order. Steve had no problem replacing the bricks with a limestone sill and for a reasonable price. Within a week and a half he was back and the sill was replaced and looks fantastic and relief to no long endure leaks from broken bricks. He is forthcoming answering questions and lends his opinion appropriately in order to make the decisions needed. The work is very professional and they left the works site clean. It was cold day and yet, they worked and were completed in a timely manner. We would highly recommend this company for any masonry needs.

I called Steve on a Saturday. He answered right away and said he would be over at 2:30 the next day. He was on time, very professional, very polite. Gave us the quote and did the work 2 days later. Recently hired Rockwell Masonry to repair some stress cracks in the front facade of the house, as well as complete some parging of the side wall (cinder blocks) of the garage.
Steven provided me with a quick response and competitive quote for the work. He and his crew showed up later in the week to perform the work and completed it the same day. The work was very well done and the work site was thoroughly washed down before leaving.

Very happy with the quality of the work. Everyone was very polite and courteous and answered all my question before and during the work. Workers did a very thorough job removing the old crumbling parging and was finished very expertly. Noticed some concrete stain on the patio next day and Steve and team came the same day and cleaned it off completely. Again very happy and would highly recommend them.

A few years ago Steve did parging around the base of our house.
The work was excellent. This year we noticed a bit of it was crumbling in one area only. We contacted Steve to see if we could have the area repaired. He was extremely accommodating and was there to fix it the next day. Not only did he do the areas in need of repair but did the entire side so it would all match. I have an older home with some cracks beginning to develop from a window to a door frame (about two feet across in a step pattern). It needed to be repaired to avoid future water getting into the home. I was referred to one masonry company who never called back and another said the job was too small. Rockwell Masonry not only quoted a reasonable price but also fixed the problem and few other touch ups around the home within 2 weeks of coming out and looking at the problem area. I was refereed to Steve by one of my neighbors. The workmanship was great. Great job and extremely satisfied with the chimney rebuild. All other quotes came in with wanting to remove only a small portion of the chimney, yet Steve suggested we take chimney down to the roof due to the weathering on the lower part. The price was reasonable compared to 2 other quotes, which they quoted for less work. Very happy and would recommend Rockwell Masonry to anyone I know.
