4 yrs ago, I purchased half of my furniture at the UB in Vaughan location. Dealt with Ricardo and had an amazing experience (see my other review). 4 yrs later I still love every single piece I bought there and turns I’m not the only one. I recently put my house up for sale and the buyer asked for almost every single UB piece I had! Of course I said yes, delighted to go shopping again at my all time favorite UB store. I happened to stop at the Richmond Hill location as I was in the area and lo and behold, who is behind the counter: Ricardo ! He remembered me from 4 yrs ago and was of course, a pleasure to deal with again. I was also helped by Lyn who was absolutely delightful!
I got delivery of my pieces and couldn’t be happier: great style, good quality and I love how affordable they are. I also like the fact that they continually update their product line which makes for more of a unique product rather than the mass produced stuff available at big chain furniture stores
