I took their plan last year , and this year about 15 days back I received a call for renewal, and the executive explicitly stated that we will schedule you for tune up activity as it is due for the plan you have taken from us , and asked me about renewal to which I said I dont wish to renew and the executive scheduled the appointment for the tune up for which I had already paid. On the day of the appointment I receive a call that you will be charged as you are not renewing the plan and I tried to explain to this executive that the appointment was scheduled based on annual tune up activity and I found it rude when she said I dont know whom you spoke to but thats not the case, I am sure it was visible at their end who scheduled my appointment. I declined to accept the plan and now my tune up is up for toss.
