the pilot light on my tenants' furnace had gone out twice friday morning and the temperature was dropping. i was worried about not being able to get someone in to look the furnace before the weekend. martino sent their technician kyle over within a couple hours. he immediately assessed it as being a fairly minor problem (faulty ignitor) and not something major. the problem was fixed in minutes. kyle was very friendly and took the time to discuss my furnace and share some helpful tips. i definitely recommend martino HVAC.
