Used them for a new build in midland, got them to complete plumbing and HVAC, for house just under 5000sq/ft, at first things were ok, then really started to slack, 1.) seldom if ever let me knew when or if they were coming, just showed up. 2.) No explanation, teaching on how things were set up or how to adjust despite me asking multiple times 3.) felt like they kept adding to the original quote for very basic things one would expect to be completed, to this point they have not come back after being called, and have not sent me an invoice. 4.) never met anyone will to go the extra mile, to explain go over things with me. Just not impressed overall. Use them if you have to just don’t expect that much, work that was done was as expected. For the size of the job and the complexity of it, I expected more, FYI, I’m not hard to please at all.
