C Plus Roofing

We had a leak in our nine year old roof. We called several places but many didn't return our call, qouted a very high price without even looking at it, and others didn't come when they agreed to come.
However, Jacky promptly came and gave us a free qoute - he checked outside, in our attic, and again outside. He took pictures and showed us exactly what was wrong (missing ice shield by the builder) and took the time to explain what was needed to correct the issue.
He came at the agreed upon date to fix the roof and took great care to protect our landscaping and windows and cleaned up afterwards. I was impressed that he again took the time to take pictures through out the process (and emailed them to me so I coudl share with my husband) and after he was finished, talked me though the work that he did. I was also very happy to see he was able to match our shingles perfectly.
We will be keeping his contact information handy when the time comes to replace the whole roof.
