When the Ecotech doorknockers came to my house I was very skeptical about getting this coming to quote me on my windows. However when Mark came by he was very professional and gave me a great demonstration of the product. He even got me per-approved for financing on the spot. When the installers came to do my windows, they were extremely polite, competent and very hard working. I was very pleased with the windows, installation and level of service. I would highly recommend Ecotech Windows.

I will be the first to admit that I knew nothing about windows. I was looking for more than just a window installer – I needed a company that could hold my hand throughout the window selection and installation process Tony from Ecotech Windows did just that. They went beyond my expectations in terms of helping me find the right windows for my home. Andrey and Pasha who came to do the installation did a spectacular job they were very polite and cleaned up everything after the installation. This is a wonderful company they did an extremely great job and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a window company.

Our friend referred us to Ecotech Windows. We were very pleased when the representative came to our home. We already had the door style picked out because we had other quotes previously. They were resonably priced so we decided to use Ecotech. However, since the installation in August, my husband and I have called about installation problems but no one from the company has visited. We were expecting a visit in September. It is now November and no one has called or stop by to check the problems. My next step will be to claim on the warranty.

I have to say that I was blown away by the customer service that I got from EcoTech. They were on the ball from the time I emailed them until the project was completed. They were more than helpful in answering my questions, and I had lots of them. The team at EcoTech exceeded my expectations by making sure everything was completed to my standards. I would highly recommend them if you are thinking about installing new windows in your home.

The workers arrived later than scheduled (16:00 instead of 12:00) and took over 3 hours to do the job. Wife and kids complaining they were hungry but they seem to have done a very good job.
