I would highly recommend Limzak Environmental Services, i found them on Google, called them, they came the same day, gave us a great detailed estimate regarding the protocol they follow. We asked for reconstruction price before they started and they explained that it was a conflict of interest, wow that was refreshing. We saw that they followed every word promised to us and they passed clearance by a third party company. The reconstruction Manager and team were also great. all this nightmare turned to a positive experience. Thanks, Limzak for all your hard work.

We purchased a grow-op home. Our drywall contractor took on the job stating that he had experience with mold clean up. When our home did not pass the air quality test he gave up and walked away from the job. Zack arrived on time and searched through our home. He showed us the mold in the attic. The inspection was free. We asked for the air quality tests which cost money (sent to a lab for testing). There was no issue with the air quality, but we will hire Zack to complete the attic cleaning and fix the source of the issue. He was great and honest. He did not try to sell anything. I would recommend his company (and already have) to anyone who suspects mold in their home. Thanks Zack!

My 90 year old house needed help and Zak came to the rescue.
I had a leak that was worsening every day and some mould had become noticeable behind warping wood trim. Zak answered my call and arranged his services within days. His team worked carefully and efficiently -- they found the leak behind a wall and had a plumber fix it within hours. Zak explained everything that had to be done in a professional and thorough manner. He called frequently, made several visits, supervised all the workers and cleaned up the site. Although it was a difficult process for the homeowner, I cannot imagine a better company to have called in to the rescue.

I have dealt with seven mold remediation companies before I found Limzak. Some were very good, but their prices were completely unaffordable, others were cheaper but casted some suspicions in my mind by the way they positioned their services.

Zak and Peter did a great job, but also they provided an excellent customer service. They were flexible and accommodating when my project timelines changed, always kept their promises about when they come and what whey do. They provided reasonable pricing ( I know this having dealt with 7 companies before them)

Zack and the other professionals at Limzak Environmental were on the job within a week and had two bathrooms completely mold-free and protected in less than two days! The demo work, mold removal, cleanup, and protective barrier were put into place without a hitch. Zack provided us with thorough communication, even sending us before-and-after photos so that we didn't feel oblivious to what was going on.

From the first time they came by to do an estimate to the time the actual job was completed, they were GREAT! So professional but extremely friendly and comfortable to work with at the same time. I could not have chosen a better company to do the mold removal. Due to flooding in the area we developed mold. For this type of business it was great to find a company that could use a non toxic treatment that really works.
