Limzak did a great job . It was very tough to remove mold from our old house.Stuff are very professional and highly knowledgeable.I find this company from homestars and they are very efficient to do their job perfectly.

Extremely happy with the service provided by Limzak Environmental Services. We had a very bad experience with leaking/mouldy windows, and required an indoor air sample test to rule-out the spread of the mould. When Limzak came to our home they performed an indoor air quality test, they were very helpful & professional. Very good service - would highly recommend!

I hired Limzak to remove a moldy shower and surrounding wall in my basement. I knew there was an issue because I could see the mold on the baseboards. They came over, confirmed there was an issue, and set up a time to do the work. They came on time on the scheduled date and immediately began to tare out the shower and the drywall around it. They then left an air filter in the quarantined rooms to clean out the air in order to remove any airborne mold particles. After this work, I used one of the contractors they suggested, but I ended up having some issues with him. This was no fault of Limzak, and I don't know if they have other contractors, but it was a bit of an inconvenience having to then find someone else to come and fix his work. Over all, I was satisfied with the work done by Limzak and would recommend them.

We had some dust and smell coming out of ceiling and I couldn’t determine what it was. So I had a few people come in and none of them answered any questions, they just said they’d open the whole ceiling (although I wanted to know the origin!).
When Zack came in he opened up the ceiling and within 20 minutes he found out where it was coming from. He changed the insulation and checked the air quality (he was showing me some stuff during this time), he fixed it and was on his way. Since then I don’t have any issues (there used to be a heavy smell) and basically the whole thing was he just needed to change the insulation. A week after he called me up to do a follow up and very professional. I really appreciated being called up afterwards. It’s been some time already and I don’t have any smells anymore. From a customer service perspective he was very reasonable, went straight to the point and I'd give him a 10 out of 10.

I found them online and they seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy so I had a good feeling about them. I had mould under my kitchen sink and needed it removed. The price was fair, I wasn't in shock over it. They were pretty straightforward, told me how long it would take and it was overall fine.

The techs showed up on time and did a thorough job in drying what was wet. They did not cut any corners or over charge us in any way. Working with Zack was surprisingly easy. His quote was very clear and reasonable, and he was very flexible in scheduling the time to accommodate my schedule. Zack arrived on-time and completed the job exactly as he described it would be done. Upon completion, Zack gave me a very clearly written completion certificate & warranty. The guys at Limzak are great!!!! I want to start off by saying I dont normally write these things, but these guys deserve all the credit in the world, I called them at 3am in the morning on a Sunday, they where at my house and working to remove the water within the hour. The best part of it all is that they collected the money from the insurance company, it did not cost me a penny.Very professional. they worked all Sunday morning and my basement was repaired in 4 days. everything looks better then it did before the water damage! Great service.
