Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

I retained Regal Design/Build services for a renovation project at my family residence. The team was professional and I have nothing but positive feedback. Here's why I would never consider any other contractor but these guys: Furniture or smaller items were removed. Furniture that remained in the area was covered to protect them from dust or paint. Floors were protected with drop cloths. Hardware such as door knobs, electrical switch and outlet covers were removed or masked. Thermostats was protected with masking tape. Holes and cracks were patched and sanded. Painting: Quality paint was applied carefully and professionally. Throughout the interior painting process, ventilation was used. Clean-up: Masking tape and drop cloths were removed, floors were swept, and furniture and hardware was carefully placed back. All garbage, tools and equipment were removed. Inspection: we were invited to check the area with the project manager and it was clear that the work was done professionally and the entire house was clearly inspected for any imperfections because I did not spot any! Lastly, I was really impressed by the fact that the project was completed well before the deadline I set for them! A+ all around – highly recommended!

Approximate cost of services:
