Great sales service and staff made it comfortable for our purchase. Love the hot tub and our master spa has been in constant use for three months now. It will help winter fly by... I hope.

We saw an ad for Premium Wholesale's big Spa Blowout Sale in Ancaster this past March and decided to drive up from Nia. Falls and check them out. Finding Kevin out on the sales floor was most opportune as he was able to answer all our questions about their spas from the pumps, electrical, insulation and anything else we could throw at him right down to the construction techniques and materials used in building them. We bought a floor model on the spot. Their delivery crew was top notch, on time and installation went without a hitch. After one small problem that they bent over backwards to rectify we are enjoying our new spa and expect to do so for a long time. If only all companies took customer satisfaction as seriously as the people at Premium Wholesale. Thanks Christian.

I would just like to let you know how pleased we are with the service we have received at home and leisure for our hot tub that we purchased. The customer service has been great and we did not even purchase the hot tub there. We have been there twice now and both times have been great experiences.

I have been using my Master Spa Twilight Series 240 for approx. 4 months now. I had a lengthy delivery delay as I wanted to place the hot tub on a deck 20ft above ground, which in the end, required me to arrange for a boom truck. At first I was not sure if I had made the right decision, but after ongoing communication with Christian, and with his diligent efforts, it was finally delivered/installed. I have since had a few questions regarding operation and chemical usage and in every instance I found that Christian either had the answers or got back to me in a day or so. I also had one service issue with LED lights not working. However a service tech came and sorted the problem within several days. Overall, I have found the level of sales and service support second to none and I am very satisfied. Only regret is I didn't get my hot tub sooner!

I am so happy with our TS 8.25. We did a lot of research prior to buying (we have owned 2 in the past) and appreciated Jessica's common sense approach to helping us buy without pressure. Everyone was so friendly and WOW we knew that we were buying something of quality or we wouldn't have bought... What we didn't expect is how AMAZING THE JESTS ARE. We find the whole family keeps coming back to visit more often. I no longer itch when I get out of our hot tub because of the special system it has in it, plus our one son who was in a car accent 6 months ago and he has stopped his physio treatments all together now. Thank you for being awesome!

We bought a Nordic Spa March 2012, heater went near the end of Nov / Dec 2012, now the Spa board has gone, took tech 1.5 weeks to come out and trouble shoot , we are entering our 3rd week now , it will take another 5 business days , CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS - DO NOT BUY PREMIUM WHOLESALE SPAS ...
