G&G Magic Touch did an excellent job, with high quality work. They stayed within their budget barring specific extras, not expected in the original quote.
If I had any criticism, it is that the work took longer than we expected, and perhaps they should have set the expectation of duration up front.

We appreciate that you were patient with us as we encountered a few issues along the way. Unfortunately sometimes issues occurs and it does delay the project and it's beyond our control. We are also pleased that you were receptive on how issues could be resolved and we did all that.
