As you know, buying a new home is indeed one of life's big decision moments. After Mike's very thorough inspection, I felt even better about my decision and actually learned quite a lot! Mike's report exceeded my expectations and will be a valuable tool in guiding my future home improvement projects. I appreciated his professionalism and dedication to the task which made the experience painless to the home owner.

Mike did a great job on the inspection. Very thorough and extensive in all areas of the house. I appreciate the fact that he took the time to go back down into the crawlspace multiple times to confirm his findings. His report was very well put together and easily understood by myself, a tradesmen, and my wife, someone with no experience in the matter. I've hired home inspectors in the past and felt they were less than thorough and downplayed the problems they did find. Mike's inspection was much better. He worked diligently over several hours to find as many issues as he could. He also explained the worst case scenarios rather than painting a rosy picture. Mike did not get a chance to do a full inspection because of all the snow that day but said he would come back for further investigation after the snow melted. I can't say that's common practice. His inspection was extremely valuable and I will use his service again in the future.

We had our home inspected by Mike Heeley, and I have to say it was a financially rewarding decision to do so, I say this because it turned out that the home had some hidden issues that would've been too big for us to take on. Mike gave us a very thorough inspection. He went out of his way to break things down so we could understand more. He also gave us many valuable tips to take away. It was nice to know that you had someone working for your best interest. We were also impressed with the high tech equipment he used for moisture detection etc. Mike was referred to me by a coworker and I would recommend his expertise to everyone especially when you know you're making one of the most important purchases of your life.

Found Mike on here and couldn't have been more satisfied with how things worked out. Wanted someone a little more thorough than the previous inspector for my 1970's townhome. Inspected my century home this time around and pointed out everything that was wrong and also noted things that were known to go wrong with homes of the same age. Crawled into the smallest spaces and exercised his skills as well as he could without ripping the place apart. heeley inspections provided a decent home inspection when I contacted them. they were willing to answer follow up questions and pointed out issues that needed more investigation. I like that they used a moisture meter and infrared monitor.
