At the end of December our roof started leaking. I called at least five roofers to get estimates. The other roofers cited a number of delays (weather, scheduling etc.) and offered different assessments of the problems.
A very highly recommended roofer came and assessed my problem however, he was injured and unable to work. The Roof Whisperer's assessment was the only one that matched his.
Compared to the others The Roof Whisperer was by far the most prompt, most accurate and the best price. I've had some months to assess their work and the roof has not leaked since, despite highly adverse weather conditions this year.
