The people at Brick Wash were straightforward, organized and pleasant to deal with. The price was fair and they did the prep work and cleanup as discussed. The work was completed today and the bricks on my 120 yr old house look fresh and new!
Thank you Brick Wash
Noah did a great job of explaining the process.
The first step of the job involved cleaning a sample area to see whether the process would remove the excess mortar (left on brick after messy tuckpointing job). Cam showed me the test result and let me know that the end result would not be perfect. Then Cam and his coworkers proceeded with the cleaning and were able to remove a substantial amount of the mess. Really a noticeable improvement!
The fireplace in our living room had been stained by soot/smoke and we had tried numerous times with store bought chemicals to remove it - with no luck. Contacted Brickwash after seeing an ad. Simple process and great outcome. Fireplace brick is now completely stain free. Brickwash team arrived, provided furniture covers to keep living room clean and had completed whole cleaning process in just a few hours. Very happy ... thanks Brickwork.
This winter we had an indoor project brick wash participated in. While renovating our first floor we uncovered exposed brick under very old plaster. Long story short we had no idea how to clean off the mortar and plaster without creating a dust storm or sandblasting the bricks away. We used brick wash and they did us justice. Thank you!!
