First appointment was scheduled quickly. Repairman called morning of arrival and ACTUALLY arrived when he said he would and left well before the allotted time. One problem immediately solved; second problem needed a part. Plus he noticed another issue which he also fixed then and there. Second appointment took longer -- got a communication from company explaining delay in locating part. When second appointment was scheduled, again repairman called and arrived when he said he would. Love the customer service plus we have a working fridge.
