After the owner of our snow removal contractor retired we hired Smilies. On December 31, 2019 Smilies removed the snow from our driveway for the first time this year. The city plowed our street around noon and Smilies was no where to be seen. I called at 2:00 PM to be told they were just around the corner and our street was next. They arrived around 4:00 PM. They neglected to shovel the walk and up to the gate at the side of the property, which is part of our contract. I texted the same day to advise them of such. I also asked them to confirm that our driveway would be cleared first thing in the morning to allow access to the road so we could get to work. There has been no response. An apology would have been in order as we had to do the work ourselves. I hope the service improves!

It was no normal storm. I took it upon myself to scrap my laneways as best I could. It wasn't two swipes and done it was 7- 8 -9 swipes a laneway. If you wanted an apology follow my website I apologize a couple times on there. I know I started late and was late getting around. Please send me

If you can't and don't realize on how hard the freezing rain sleet and wet snow was to remove and and understand it takes time during the day when you need to watch for traffic and people walking there dogs and kids.
