20 cm snow fell and 9pm and snow started last night and still has not shown up at all . My neighbor and I have shared drive way she is 80 years old and can't do anything. She had appointment this morning and had to plow her car out and in at 4pm. I have a disability and can't remove snow . The road we live on has city plowed street as it is a bus route and end of drive way is mounded of solid snow wet heavy snow. Not happy unreliable even though smilies guaranteed he had 4 machines and would be there to clean drive ways promptly. Only paid for half season big mistake.

Hello. Not sure why you say 20 hrs we had all our laneways cleared after 11 hrs. Took a 4 hrs break and cleaned everyone again. If you had a doctor appointment you know to message
Me or text me let me know and I would make sure your clean before it. If you don't understand what kind of storm we went through and it takes time. This just ain't no regular snow. If it was regular snow it takes us 5 hrs to clear everyone. 11 hrs in that mess was pretty good. I'm sorry your not happy and I know your the house on iris.
