I purchased 7 windows from this company for over $5000, they screwed up everyone, mostly minor tweaks to fix...bent latches, overfoamed so it couldn't open, missing trim inside, missing flashing out. One window was installed crooked in the frame and needs to be re-installed, after 7 months of excuses and missed promises from the owner I've opened a BBB claim against this guy to hopefully avoid others going through the same thing.

The owner Steve has no integrity, he doesn't do what he claims and will ignore emails/phone calls. He gets very rude and threatens lawyers when you call him out on his missed commitments.

AVOID Steve and Todays Renovators. If you stuck in a contract, make sure to inspect the work because the installers definitely don't. Do not pay until everything is perfect, you become their lowest priority once they have your money.
