We are retired and we’re moving to Niagara Falls from Toronto. We had the move booked with Francis movers and everything was going well until we got a call from Francis movers a week before our move that there truck has broken down and we have to make other arrangements. I asked the owner Francis if he can suggest another company and he said try Angel movers. Well if your competition is recommending you you must be excellent. I called Angel movers and had the pleasure of dealing with Anna who is one the best customer service reps I have ever dealt with. She walked me through the entire move process and provided a rough estimate. I requested a site visit to get a firm quote and the owner was at our within an hour, he walked through the house with me and provided a firm quote after returning to the office. Everything went well on moving day, the crew was professional and easy to work with, they were very careful, wrapped, protected took care of everything and we were set up
in our new house by 7pm. Angel movers made the whole experience stress free and Anna was the Angel in disguise for us helping us along the way with suggestions like packing our medications and change of clothing in a small bag. Way to go Angel mover team and keep up the excellent work. Thank you

With Angel Movers I felt like I hired high quality movers at a very competitive price. Extremely capable, efficient, very knowledgable about their craft, excellent communicators and overall a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, they also had connections with storage units that ended up helping me secure a good rate.
I felt I could trust them, I wasn’t worried about anybody wasting time during the move or any hidden costs, great value, you get what you pay for! Also I had all my concerns met about valuables and organizing my storage a certain way and I felt very much that they accommodated my needs and concerns, even adding a stop on the fly the day before the move.

Your first contact is Anna in customer service. She is very helpful at such a stressful time. The three young men who moved me were professional, polite and extremely quick. My entire home was taken to my new location in 8 hours including a 1 1/2 hour drive to the new location. Everything was placed where I wanted it with beds assembled. There were no lost items, nothing broken or even scratched.
I highly recommend this company for your moving needs.

Angel Movers were awesome for my move in February. They were on time and efficient and moved an entire home in one day. They ensured both homes were kept clean and that all furniture was protected. They helped take apart beds and other furniture and then re-assembled them at our new home. The price was great as well as compared to some other competitors. The guys doing the move were polite and efficient and the overall experience was fantastic. Can't recommend them enough!
