The beginning part of the process was great with the company. They were really responsive and quick to come by and provide a quote. They were also quick to answer my questions.
Downside is they were not too professional when they were at my house. The owner asked for my WiFi password so they could send out other quotes.
When I messaged a few days later to advise of an issue with installation (the lawn was not leveled and was pooling in one corner when it rained) they acted as if they didn’t know me even though I advised they did my lawn the weekend prior. They said they would be by in 2 days. When I messaged again 2 days later to see what time they would be by, again they seemed to not know who I was and then proceeded to tell me it was raining and they would be by on a day it wasn’t raining. I have not heard from them since and that was a month ago.
Great when they want your business but terrible when you need them to help fix a minor issue, which still could have had a positive customer experience. Guess it is all about the money.

Please reply back to verify this whole story doesn't make any sense we always reply to problems and resolve them who did you call or email ?
