Purchased all the needed equipment for my game room. Very happy with the service and the products. The staff was extremely helpful in guiding me to decide on the size and model of the pool table. Showed my a bunch of cloth samples for the felt and explained the difference between the different types of felts. I ended-up going back for some bar accessories after the fact.

I bought my first billiards table from Palason and took the installation from them as well. Georges was very professionnel and on time on the day of the installation. The table was installed correctly and the angles were calculated thoroughly. The lightning was a bit dark for a 3 light-bulbs system. One part of the floor was a bit scratched from the materials when they brought them in the house, nothing major though. I was satisfied with the end result.
