Had several calls from this company and finally had them come in to do a 3 seat sofa... when the technician arrived he was very polite and informative. He recommeded that I clean other pieces as well since he was already there (my bill went up) but I don't regret it. Everything looked like new. I highly recommend this company for their excellent customer service!
