Slavic responded to my note immediately and fixed an appointment, finally completing the work in 2 days. He explained the entire process and the effectiveness of installing the valve and the alarm. The quoted price was reasonable. The entire installation was smooth and clean. He obtained the city permit and made arrangements for the inspection. His team completed the work the same day as the inspection was done. Slavic also provided the form for submitting the subsidy request to the City.
