My husband and I just had the absolute pleasure of working with Slavic. We had an awful smell in the basement and after looking around we noticed what looked like our back water valve not working properly. We called the original plumber who installed it for us and he took a quick look at it, proclaimed it wasn't HIS issue, charged us a few hundred dollars for scoping and took off (despite being asked to stay).
We then called Slavic, whom we knew did a good job on a big project for our neighbor. Slavic showed up right away, diagnosed problem very quickly (the issue ended up being an obstruction in our sewage pipe) and gave us a fair quote. Slavic was a pleasure to deal with, his prices reasonable, and his staff respectful, knowledgeable and meticulous. We will now use his company for all upcoming work and recommend him to friends and family!
