Our basement was one of many damaged by sewer backup during the storm in July. It was important to us to have a backwater valve installed. I saw the truck for this company in the neighbourhood, took note of the phone number and did an internet search. When I read all the positive reviews here, I went ahead and called. Slavic was terrific. Everything was explained in detail. He called when he said he would call and arrived when he said he would. He made all the arrangements for the permit and inspection and also completed the paperwork for us to submit to the city for the rebate currently being offered. He and his crew were very respectful of our property and clean-up after the job was thorough. It was a pleasure to deal with this company and we will definitely use them again.
