Neal and his team were great to work with! We bought an older home that had some asbestos and he put all our worries to rest. He was available when we needed him and his team was professional and friendly. He even offered helpful advice on other aspects of our home when we were doing the work. We'd definitely recommend him to others!

I contacted Neal and made an apt. for him to come to our home to assess the possibility of mould in our basement. He came, did the assessment and told us what to do. We weren't charged for his time or his valuable information. As it turned out we didn't need an environmental clean up. He was very honest and we were most impressed. I would highly recommend this company.

Having a new furnace put in, discovered very small amount of old asbestos tape / vent sealant and two old asbestos small tiles fell from atop main duct above furnace.

Emailed Neal with some photos, he called back immediately and arranged for job to be done (20 mins it took) that very same day.

I called Elemental Restoration in a panic as we had our house up for sale and a potential buyer was concerned that there may be mold in the attic (due to some old stains in a closet and disclosed leaking before roof was replaced). Neal returned my call within minutes and was able to fit us in the very next day. He arrived on time, completed the inspection and thankfully confirmed that there was no evidence of mold in the attic. We trusted Neal right off the bat and would certainly have used his company to complete the mold removal if things had worked out differently. A+ company! Would highly recommend!

Neal came to our home last week( today is 19th July) at our request. He actually was very prompt after we called. He was very polite and once he observed our problem he was professional and detailed about the issue and the required work to remove the material. His price was very reasonable and his crew showed up on the 18th to commence the work. They actually had to come back on the 19th and finish( which was part of the removal initial time required estimate. Rob and Bob were extremely professional and explained any guestions we asked. Neal stopped by on the morning of the 18th as well to speak with his crew and ensure everyone was on the same page. We hardly knew the crew was in our home as they went about their task with conviction. The work was professional from start to finish!! I would use them again and highly reccomend them. Neal is passionate about his work which is nice to see and that shows in his approach to a client, his involvement with the client, and the relationship he has with his crew.
