Amazing service! Neal of Elemental Restoration went above and beyond. From the moment we discovered a mould issue, we contacted a few companies. Neal came to the house promptly, explained in detail the process involved, was professional, very knowledgeable and passionate about his job. He also provided a prompt and reasonable price. His team came in on schedule, performed the remediation and left the house spotless. Once the work was complete, Neal took us through everything, explained what was done and provided a certificate of completion. We were extremely satisfied with Neal and his team.
