An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We learned of a mould issue in our attic after a home inspection while trying to sell our home. After
calling a few companies and speaking to a few people we weren't happy with what we were hearing and
all of the mixed advice. John was recommended by an agent that had used him for her own house and
we gave him a call. We heard back from him right away, he came to check the job right away and gave
us a detailed quote and we were able to know exactly what was going to be done.
We picked the start date and he was able to accommodate that. All of the people doing the job were
efficient, clean and friendly. The work was always cleaned up at the end of each day and they always let
us know what was going on and how long they would be there for etc. They were on-time every day.
The work was completed exactly when John said it would be done and we have been very happy with
the results.
I would recommend John and his company for any work that you would need to be completed, We
don't have a lot of experience hiring professionals to do a job so we were a little nervous with all the
horror stories you hear about but John and his company couldn't have been easier to work with.
