These guys are excellent salesmen and self-promoters. Unfortunately, they lack the horticultural expertise and site engineering knowledge required for good landscape design. I paid nearly $1,700. for a very disappointing and unprofessional landscape drawing. I ended up having to hire another company to re-design the yard. Would not recommend!

We will have to chalk this up to a personality conflict Linda but we are sorry you feel that way. We have designed & constructed hundreds of projects and probably 1/4 of the total projects in Artesia and on your block. We have never had anything but wonderful comments from our clients and your developer, who continues to use our services for all of their projects. We have had many, many repeat clients and many high-end home builders who continue to use Twisted for their projects, time and time again. We continue to work closely with many architectural design approval committees in and around Calgary from Elbow Valley, Heritage Pointe, Watermark etc where we have and continue to design many award winning landscapes. To be fair, we charged you our fee of $1500. We designed based on your many pages of detailed notes, keeping in mind the developers guidelines and more specifically your unrealistic budget, which was mentioned at our first visit. Now 2 years later your project is still not done and you choose to spread negative comments about us when we never even did any work on your project. I find your comments very unfair but you are certainly entitled to your opinion. I wish we would've been given a chance 2 years ago to work things out with you.
