We have been using Nordicair and Frigidaire furnace for over two decades and always pleased with the performance. We recently replaced the old Frigidaire furnace with the latest high efficiency two stage Frigidaire furnace and we are happy with the performance of this Frigidaire furnace. Nordicair has been very helpful in providing us with all the information for the selection of the appropriate model for our house and their team is very professional in the whole installation process.

My new Frigidaire furnace is installed a month ago. It was recommended by Mario from Nordicair Ltd who installed and maintained my old furnace since 2000. I am very satisfied with new furnace and with excellent service from Nordicair during past 18 years. Highly recommended.

Furnace had an intermittent heating issue (after 7 years) due to my lack of regular maintenance. Mario from Nordicair diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. Mario also checked and cleaned the drain hoses and replaced the filter. Super job...

For many years we have contacted Mario at Nordicair whenever we had an issue with our units. Mario was always quick to come help, professional, extremely knowledgeable,gave good advice and repaired the problem properly. When it came time to replace both our very old furnace and air conditioner, Mario and Darian were outstanding. They were quick, thorough, explained everything patiently, and their workmanship was extremely good. We now have new Frigidaire units that work perfectly. We will continue to have Mario in to service our units and are fortunate that we know we are in very good hands. It really is a pleasure dealing with this company.

Their attitude is very fiendly, they always take time to explain to us our options, so we chose the appliances that are best for us.
We changed the furnace 10 years ago and is still working perfectly. We call them once a year for maintenance. Recently we changed the central air conditioning system and also installed a split air conditioner in one bedroom upstairs. Both units work perfectly.

I have now had two installations (and ongoing maintenance) completed by this company and I recommend them to everyone! I first met Mario through a trusted contractor, and had him assess and install a new furnace in our first home 6 years ago. He installed a Frigidaire Gas Furnace and AC unit and these transformed the quality of heating/cooling in that 100 year old house.

When we bought our new house 4 years ago, one of the first things I did was have Mario come there and change the existing Furnace/AC units to the same type he installed in our previous house. Again, the change was immediate! (We've also since had him set up a new water-heater system which we're equally happy with)

The installation in both cases was seamless - fast and professional (he and his team are very knowledgeable). Nordicair Ltd has been wonderful for ongoing maintenance as well - when I had a minor issue last year, Mario had someone dispatched immediately.

Mario is marvelous to work with: great at what he does, very responsive, honest, and genuinely friendly. The peace of mind of knowing that if I need something I am guaranteed a quick and warm response is invaluable to me as a (frankly, somewhat anxious) homeowner. I cannot recommend this company enough!

I have been a customer of Nordicair Limited for roughly 15years, since my first son was born.

One thing I want to stress about this Company - the quality of the parts Nordicair uses and the impeccable workmanship on installation are the items that distinguish them the most. Also, the price is very reasonable, especially when you consider that there have never been any return calls for me on the equipment Nordicair has installed over the years.

Here's my full history with Nordicair Limited:

- They put in my 2 Tonne A/C in my semidetached starter home and I never had a single issue in the 9 years I lived in the home.

- When I moved from my starter to my current home, my builder-installed furnace in the semi broke down on moving week and Enbridge could not figure it out (no surprise there). I called Nordicair and they came out within several hours. Within 20 minutes of being at my old home, they figured out what was wrong and got it up and running without having to replace the furnace for the new home owners - they figured out that the O2 sensor was oxidized and simply needed to be cleaned. They then helped me charge the call back to Enbridge and I got my money back for the call (Embridge has [or had] a policy to bill you back money spent if their own tech's couldn't figure out a simple problem and you use a 3rd party registered tech to finish the work on an insured piece of equipment).

- I then used Nordic to install my new 3 tonne A/C into my current home. They did a fantastic job and I have never had any issues.

- Nordicair serviced my current home's furnace when it broke down (installed by another Co. from previous owners). I have never had issues since. But if I replace this furnace one day, I'll use Nordicair Limited.

Other history:
Since then I have recommended Nordicair to 2 of my relatives, and they were both very satisfied customers:
a) My cousin in Newmarket used them for both Furnace and A/C Replacement on his home - never had an issue since installing 3 years ago for his family of 4.
b) My father-in-law just used them for both Furnace and A/C Replacement for his home in Downsview - he was a Journeyman in the North American Steel Workers Union for 40+ years and was blown away by the work-ethic and quality workmanship of the Nordicair team.

So to conclude, I rate these guys tops and would highly recommend them.

A friend referred me to Mario. He called me back within 15 minutes. He came over same day to meet and evaluate the problem. My unit was more than 25 years old. He was able to get me in for a new install the next day. His guys were very efficient and knowlegdable. I would highly recommend.

Mario was very efficient and courteous when I called on the coldest day of the year with no heat in my house. He sent a technician to my house within the hour, who diagnosed the problem immediately and went to pick up the part to fix the problem and return right away. He was also able to call to find out if the part was covered under warranty. Mario followed up via phone to ensure all was good. Reasonable pricing, excellent service, would highly recommend.

Mario and his team are extremely knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I've had them out on two occasions; once to install a new humidifier and once to clean and tune up the furnace and AC unit. They show up when they say, and the job is done right and for the estimated price.

Very thorough, very knowledgeable, and very professional. I'd recommend them to anyone.
