Royal removed, replaced our old stone patio and asphalt driveway. They re-graded both our patio and driveway for water runoff and then let it sit to dry/settle. I would like to say thank you to Costa our representative/foreman and Stefano/Asphalt as we are very happy with the results. Everyone on the team was courteous and respectful and the work was completed very quickly at each stage.

Royal Town Construction modified and paved my driveway in November and after a hard winter I am happy to say that it is still in the same perfect condition as when it was first done while others have had noticeable shifts. I modified the layout of my driveway and also had some elevation issues. This was not a problem for Stefano and his crew. They were able to not only fix the issues but make everything flow with the existing walkway and all his recommendations worked great from the interlocked curbs to the design. He kept all his promises including when everything would be complete. Added great curb appeal to the house.

Last year Stefano @ Royaltown Construction paved my driveway and interlock patio. First and foremost, he was very punctual for all appointments and offered so many various suggestions. I contacted Veli at Royal Town, very responsive, excellent customer service. The crew arrived, removed the old porch & old driveway pavement. They were punctual, always show up on time, or if for any reason were late it was communicated by Veli immediately. They did an excellent job on the cement front porch & also on the driveway. highly recommend Royal Town Construction to anybody.

The garage area of our group of 13 townhouses was in really bad condition. It required removal of old asphalt, regrading and repaving. We chose to go with Royal Town Construction and we were very happy with our choice. Morris and his crew were professional and very efficient. The job was completed quickly and on budget. We are very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend the company in the future.

I need my drive repaved within a time frame. The lovely Francesca is helpful and knowledgable. Right after I signed the contract they start working right away. When the crews show up I was surprise to see so many equipments and crew members. They work hard.
The owner Morris was able to answer all my needs and questions. The end result is sparking in every aspects. I am very please with their work and highly recommend to everyone.

What can I say Royal Town was awesome, reliable, hardworking and professional. Francesca was great, she listened to what we wanted and came up with a great design. Veli, Stefano, Steve and Kyle were friendly, punctual, fast and had an attention to detail, I loved. Then Morris and his team arrived about a week or so later to finish paving the driveway and now the look is complete. Their have been many compliments from the neighbors and we love everything. Thanks again everyone for a great job. Have recommended your company to quite a few people already.
