Carpet cleaning of two bedrooms
Rob arrived on time, very professional, courteous, and gave a good first impression as a representative of his company.
I had measured and provided dimensions over the phone and was given a telephone quote; however, when Rob arrived - he re-measured and said my measurements were a bit off due to closets, etc. He provided a new quote which was lower and he said since I had moved all the furniture with the exception of a few pieces that I couldn't move. My total bill was $40. less than what I was quoted.
Rob was very proficient and professional. I would refer him without any reservations. I was happy with the results of the carpet cleaning. He asked if there was anything else and discussed with me a stain he worked on.
