I have a 125 year-old heritage house that had slip shod modifications over the years including crappy 70s windows. Gene replaced all the windows beautifully despite the wonkiness of the house and refaced my bay window with lovely, appropriate Victorian trim. He noticed and corrected small details like flashing that had been cut short plus designed and did custom woodworking making corbel finishes. Gene also rebuilt my back fence and it looks fantastic and is secure. Gene is detail oriented, organized, tidy, skillful, fair and a really nice guy. I'm now am figuring out what he's going to work on next.

Dealing with the owner, Gene Lee, was a very comfortable and honest experience. He gave terrific input and advice, was comparable, if not below, other estimates we received, gave a written estimate with payment strucutred options, and completed the work relatively close to the timeline we talked about. We've used Renohouse for two washrooms, and Gene was really good at offering practical advice of what we were looking for. He's been our regular general contractor now for 8 years and we feel we don't need to go anywhere else. As a result of our loyalty, he has even come to do small jobs for us. I have recommended this company to my mother!
