The service was great, Yuri explained everything well, we picked designs (36” door, steel, custom glass design) and a few weeks later we had our new beautiful door installed! Installation was done professionally fast and smooth! We definitely recommend this company! And thanks to Yuri for a great service!

We ordered our backyard door in mid-March 2020, just before COVID-19 quarantine started. And very first that impressed me how well we were informed about status of our order. The day factory was closed for quarantine, we received the phone call, then regularly was updated. We got our door in the end of May, but knew every day that guys not forget us. Very impressive customer service in such unique situation. Door is excellent, installation - quick and professional. We even received follow up call to insure that we are satisfied. We ordered beautiful vinyl door with sidelights- wrought iron - back in February. Then covid hit and production and installations were not allowed. It is May 21 and we had our beautiful door installed today. I love it!!! Two installers were very professional and also explained things, as well as cleaned up area
