My dishwasher broke and unfortunately a google search turned up these guys. I paid $350 for labour before he even looked at the dishwasher. He assured me beforehand that parts would be under warranty, which I had in my hand. Later on, he said that the part would actually cost me $600 plus tax, and that Bosch's warranty was nothing but marketing. Call Bosch directly and DO NOT use this company.
