I called this company since my 2 year old refrigerator was not working/ cooling. They came and the repairman said it would cost for parts and labor a total of $890. I would have to pay $610 now then balance once they put in the part. The site deceives you into thinking you can pay by credit card but the small, print says by preapproval only! What company does this? Deceitful ones do! After installation of the part the technician said it was fixed. When the fridge still didn't work I called the customer service line. The women stated it had to go to the warranty department and hopefully they will approve for an expert technician to come back and fix my fridge! They refused to give me a refund for services not rendered. They removed my review from their site. The customer service department refused to let me speak to a manager of this department. They refused to provide the name of a manager or the owner of the company siting , " their privacy." At one point they hung up on me! The same technician returned a few days later stating it just needed to be reset. When I challenged him he stated it was all fixed. It still didn't work after a couple of hours he stated it needed to start cooling. They are deceitful! I called the Kitchenaid repair depart. It was the compressor and was covered under warranty. This company did not identify it was the compressor. It was replaced. This company wanted me to pay another $1000 to replace this after the two visits did not fix the fridge in the first place. These people should have been shut down a long time ago. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection Ontario. My next step is to take them to small claims court!
