Horrible experience!!! Technicians were rude, they claimed that they were going to do a service to try to repair my oven, well all these service was is to take some screws out and tell me what was wrong with the oven, so I paid $361 for them to tell me that the oven needed a part that cost $1550
I can understand paying some fair amount of money for having some one to come and tell me what is wrong with the oven but not $361, is ridiculous! Called to complain and manager was beyond rude !!
