Contacted Best Flat Roof.ca and received a prompt return phone call from Oleg the Owner Operator. I explained the problem I had about a flat roof to which was replaced just two years prior and was leaking. Oleg was on site that very day to review the issue..Three stories up on a downtown commercial property he reviewed the roof and discussed all the details of what he had investigated. His evaluation with photos discovered a roof to which was not only sloped improperly but the work to which was stated was not anywhere near what was originally quoted by a prior roofing company to which was not honoring there warranty obligations.Oleg was very thorough with his report and follow up quotation. Oleg and his staff were scheduled and on site within two day's to which it was gutted down to the original roof boards along with the surrounding flashing. Oleg was kind enough to bring to my attention again with photos that the prior company did not even do a complete tear down..the original roof material was never removed. Oleg's crew brought other found issues of a possible raised window/sheathing issues to which he recommended during the tear down. We agreed with his review and moved forward with new vinyl siding/insulation and custom aluminium work. The final work was nothing short of perfection to which was re-addressed in great detail upon completion. I would recommend Best Flat Roof to anyone as Oleg and his crew were prompt and thorough with the initial visit right to completion, their pricing was competitive and even with the additional work recommended he kept within our budget.
