The contractor Al Cooke was awful. He would not supply me any invoices or info on what he always called "extras". He did not pay almost all of his workers and they put liens on my house. I finally had to fire him and pay the workers myself. He did not complete the job and it turned out that many things I had to go back and get redone as he had them doen without code.
Do not hire him as he is bad !
