We noticed water leaks in both of our 150 litre hot water tanks on a Thursday night before the Thanksgiving weekend. We phoned Bruno's Mechanical on Friday morning at 08:02 am. Bruno phoned us personally to find out what the problem was and how we wanted to fix it. He diverted two plumbers from scheduled jobs, who were on site with the two new water heaters by 10:30 am. The job was completed 100% satisfactorily by 12:00 pm. The two trades staff were very friendly and informative, explaining the installation and operating instructions for the new hot water tanks. Thanks for making our Thanksgiving weekend a success.
