Russell Loughton provided a detailed explanation of what the issue was and was very thorough. He was available for any questions and put me at ease, as well as very considerate of tenants while applying treatments to fix the problem. Russell also did his best to lower the cost. He was able to accommodate my tight timelines and made sure everyone was safe while work was being done.

Russ came in to inspect the house my family and I were renting because we suspected there was mould. After having some tests done, we found that there were more problems than we originally thought.
