Our job consisted of removing damaged crown moulding and replacing a stipple ceiling. Our attic had asbestos so Jason and his team instead smooth coated our existing ceiling and did a fantastic job. Jason and his team protected our hardwood flooring and closed off the work area from the rest of the house. I was impressed that he came to our house every day until the job was finished - this was important to me as I've had jobs in the past take a long time because workers simply don't show up every day. The job was completed when he said it would be completed and it was within budget. I would recommend him to anyone.

Bonus: we found some nice brick behind the plaster over the fireplace !

Jason's team were efficient, polite and left the house relatively tidy during the 3 days of the project. With the final result being everything he had promised I would recommend his team to anyone looking to update their popcorn ceilings.

The “popcorn” ceiling removal system is exactly as stated: 95% dust free. But, honestly, the finishing is the cherry on top. It’s almost an art form. How Jason and Michel managed to arrive at smooth, beautiful ceilings from those that consisted of stalactites with 16 holes in them, is nothing short of brilliant.

I recently hired Jason and his team from Fine Finish to fix my living room ceiling. The ceiling had water damage because of plumbing issue from the bathroom above it. Fine Finish not only cleaned up the mold damage, they also reinforced a joist that had been compromised.

As for the ceiling, I had requested a nice sponge effect. Jason did an admirable job and exceeded my expectations here because the ceiling now looks very nice! Fine Finish was able to pull this job off fairly quickly, and it was completed in about a week.
