I booked my appointment with Claudio & he showed up on time. He then proceeded to totally clean my wife's laptop and then upgraded it from Vista to Windows 7 so my wife could continue to use Google Chrome & get updates. The upgrade went extreme well and I am vey please with Claudio's level of product knowledge & help to upgrade my wife's laptop!!

Easy to book an appointment, easy to deal with, knowledgeable and friendly. Dealt with two issues in an hour. Not only good technical knowledge (worked on a Linux based system and a Windows 7 system and dealt with both issues quickly) but also good customer service skills.

Dependable and reliable. Every couple of years, my computer starts to complain about the number of "oopsies" and accidental downloads I have been doing. This is the second time I have contacted Nerds2You and the service is consistently great. Claudio has a lot of patience for people like me who don't know much about computers!

I had used a usb computer cleanup stick and it made a mess of my computer. Claudio came over and sorted things out quickly and everything has been fine since, Should have saved the fees on the fix stick and called Claudio first.

Called Claudio and asked if he could look at the system and set it up. Came over and spent about 4 hours working on the system. Had it up in a few hours but troubleshooted a few issues. Setup included Server setup, iMac computer linked to server, a few PC's, and TV's linked to the server.

I was so happy that they come to you to repair your computer especially now that it's winter. I have two active kids so I sure appreciate the convenience. Claudio fixed the problem quickly.
