I called Robert to re-caulk 7 seams. It was September/2016 and he finally showed up in November and it was cold out now. I had waited months and now was concerned about the cold and the caulking not curing properly. He said don't worry it will be fine. Well it wasn't. I texted him a few weeks later and said l had a drip at the front door and it was icing up on the stairs too. He never replied. l decided to wait till the spring as the snow was flying by now. In the spring l texted him several times and he never replied. l decided to call and he answered. He said he would come by on Sunday which he did but didn't have any caulking to do the reseal. Why not? Than he told me to text him and remind him and he will come back. Well l sent many texts which he chose not to answer. Finally sent a text saying l was going to write a review when he decided to call me within 2 minutes. At this point l was none with his nonsense and unprofessional attitude. I will have an ice build up at my front door and stairs again this winter and out $300.00 for a job not done correctly. We have decided to replace all the eves troughs in the summer with a reputable company. We will not be calling Robert.
