Our almost 40 year old bungalow had Ice Dam issues on the North side.
I found out about West Quality Construction via the internet. Francois came over shortly after I called to do an assessment. My home did not have insulation baffles (not required by code in 81) and only had R-20 in the attic. The attic ventilation was also insufficient so it was upgraded to R-50. Additional intake and out-take air vents were also installed on my roof to create a much better air flow along with an aluminum soffit upgrade from my plywood soffits. The work was completed in a week even with a weather delay. We are very happy with the completed work.
