We had a new system installed from Reliance Home Comfort, and the original technician did not do the job correctly. The unit had ice on the front and side panel, no air was emitting from the vents, and not cooling at all. John from SC Air fixed the issues, and now it is working perfectly! He was very knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend SC Air!
