Originally I had some problems with the tech that attended for a furnace fix. I complained and eventually my complaint was resolved to my satisfaction by the owner. so they did fix the furnace and I was satisfied with the customer service at the end of the day.
Furnace Repair
Tech came twice for broken furnace. first said we needed a new furnace. put in a used blower motor. presented bill for $1200 wouldnt break down any costs (part/labour). threatened to remove part if not paid. complained to office, they did nothing. Avoid this company. it appears to use private contractors and they try to sc@m you large. attempted to for over a week to get answers and help from office and they never returned calls. tech extorted the funds out of us and wouldnt leave. was going to have to call the police!
